The hustle and bustle of Rome requires you to have a quiet oasis you can slip away to. This is the Hotel Montreal in Rome. Located near Santa Maria Maggiore, it is near enough to the major sites of Rome (and the train station), yet far enough to allow you to enjoy the local neighbourhood.
The owners are found in the hotel each day and can resolve any issues you may have immediately. Heck, they'll even pour you a drink at the bar!! It's that little extra touch that keeps me coming back.

We stayed four days and it was great. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The price was reasonable. We were a short two blocks to the subway that we used often and about 4 blocks from the main train station, Termini. There were a couple of little quick mart-type stores down the street for snacks and beverages. Breakfast was included and very satisfying before heading out to see the sights. The bath had a nice shower with plenty of hot water and pressure. We had a courtyard room and it was quiet. A computer with fast internet was available for 2 euro for 30 min. We used it twice and it was very convenient.

“Hotel Montreal is a Home away from Home”
My husband and I spent our 25 anniversary here and loved every minute of it. The Owner spent a lot of time guiding us on a day trip to an ancesteral home for my husband. We were treated like family and we will be back. I would not dream of staying anywhere else. Thank-you for making this special occasion worry-free and memory filled.

“Incredibly nice staff,loved it!"
Arrived from Ireland. Staff are defintely the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever come across anywhere in the world. They really went out of their way to advise us on everything from sightseeing, travel, right down to what wines were nice from hotel bar. The cleaning staff had our rooms incredibly clean everyday, they were spotless!! On our arrival the man at reception spent at least 15minutes advising us on Rome's main attractions, transport around city, shopping streets etc. he was incredibly helpful. Our porter was one of the most pleasant porters I've ever met. Location was perfect, just a walk away from all main attractions, and 4 minute walk from termini train and underground station. Would defintely recommend this hotel, and would definitely return. It was fantastic.

Camera: ampia, copriletto in coordinato con le tende e dalla finestra si vede la basilica di S.Maria Maggiore che è bellissima, bagno con doccia molto carino. Pulito
Reception e personale: tutti molto cortesi e simpatici
Colazione: per me appagante, marmellate, brioches, yogurt, caffè, latte, succo... luogo e tavolini piccoli, poco spazio
Zona: facilità per prendere qualunque mezzo, data la vicinanza con stazione Termini; nonostante la stazione sia un luogo frequentato da tante persone, non ho notato delinquenza o altro, ognuno si fa gli affari propri e nessuno è stato inopportuno, nonostante esquilino sia una zona multietnica

Todo lo indicado en la página fue lo que realmante encontramos. Excelente ubicación, orden y limpieza junto a un trato esmerado hicieron nuestra estadía placentera.- Sin dudas volveré a hospedarme en el futuro.
